Dr. Bill Brubaker is President and Founder of Farmington Pharma Development.  Bill has 25 years of international experience in leading scientific teams through successful outcomes in diverse fields including preclinical pharmacokinetics, MedChem, pharmaceutical science, ADME, bioanalytics, toxicokinetics, safety pharmacology and toxicology, from early lead optimization projects through clinical candidate selection and early clinical development.  

Dr Deborah Marsden is Senior Clinical Advisor at Farmington Pharma.  Deb brings a wealth of training and experience in clinical practice and development to the Farmington Pharma team. Deb has authored more than 50 publications in the screening, diagnosis and treatment of orphan and genetic diseases.  With an exceptional depth of experience, spanning academia, biotech and big pharma, she is an invaluable resource advising our clients on clinical research and development strategies.
